- This is where the person enters their username. The username must be validated in order for the account to function.

- This is where the user enters their password that they entered on the registration form.

- Once the username and password are entered (assuming they are a valid combination), press login.

- This is where you enter your username.

- This is where you enter your email address.
- Step 3
- Once you have entered the correct information, press continue.
- This is where a question you wrote to yourself is written.

- This is where you enter the answer to the question you wrote.
- Step 5
- Once the username and answer are entered (assuming they are a valid combination), press reset password. An email will be sent to your email address with a new password.

- After clicking the link at the top of the page which says "Register", follow the steps below.
- Step 2
- Enter your username into this field. Usernames are formatted [first name].[last name]. For example: john.smith or jane.doe
- Step 3
- Enter your password. A good password consists of at least 6 characters and should include both upper and lower-case letters and at least 1 number.
- Step 4
- Select a question from the list (or make your own) and answer the question. Be sure that only you know the answer as you will be required to answer this question correctly if you ever forget your password.
